Shore Hotels Urged as City Wonders About Shoreline Lots

Code pressed council to decide whether to release the property for private use or keep it for public recreation, and to order engineering studies for sewage, drainage, and beach level improvements. Council postponed immediate action to next year amid concerns over sewage, flooding, and uncertainty of lot use.
