L B Woman Freed After Hour in Wrecked Truck
Donna Ruth Kizer, 49, of 618 Truman Boyd Manor was freed after about an hour of rescue by police and fire crews from a wreck near Ocean Blvd and Golden Ave. She suffered facial lacerations and was taken to Seaside Hospital. Driver Edward P. Inman, 24, of 318 17th St, was identified.

City Council weighs oil fund policy amid Aug 1 deadline
