LOS ANGELES- Robert Swan 34 pioneer Los Angeles radio announcer died Thursday at Wadsworth General Hospital. His widow Ione Swan, who touched a 1951 board of education scandal, said he had been in failing health for two years and hospitalized since November 14. Swan formerly announced for KHJ KFI and KECA and had taught at a Hollywood radio and television school.
