Teen Robber Vanishes After Market Heist
A 14 year old bandit robbed a Long Beach market of 30 dollars at gunpoint yesterday and fled in a getaway car driven by a young companion. The youth, five feet two inches, 120 pounds, with sandy hair and blue jeans, spoke little. A stolen car tied to the robbery was found on Colorado Street. Police detained two brothers aged 15 and 16 from Newport Beach as juvenile suspects.
