Long Beach trio including Ray Sterling Arthur Ellis and Horace Farthing faced six counts of conspiracy to commit grand theft after an elaborate pre fabricated house scam that victimized veterans and others for more than 75000. The Farthing Lumber Co. operated from 124 Broad Street Wilmington with offices also named in the scheme.
