Santa Monica Juvenile Court Referee Harry Simons ordered Cheryl Crane, 16, to return to a school for wayward girls from which she had twice escaped. The ruling, to be approved by Judge Allen T. Lynch, takes immediate effect as Cheryl leaves Et Retiro School for Girls. Cheryl has been in Juvenile Hall for three weeks.
