Teen Attack Injures Deputies in San Diego Valley Dance
Deputies Lawrence Narro and Richard Sandberg were injured at a Spring Valley dance when a youths disturbance escalated. Boone 22 fled after initial restraint. later arrested for disturbing the peace and related charges. Wiles 18 was booked for escape. Other youths Walsh 19 Murphee 19 Rubing 18 faced various charges.

Horses to Perform Sunday in Cypress
Cypress Equestrian Trails Inc will stage its third annual horse show and gymkhana at 8 am Sunday at the club show grounds 9301 Valley View Blvd. Trophies and ribbons will be awarded for showmanship horsemanship polo bending barrel racing relays and other feats. The state group recently elected Ermie Wampler president for 1964 at 10965 Wright Road Lynndell. The nonprofit promotes equine legislation and riding-trail preservation with over 4000 members in California.
