Anglers Score Big Off Baja in June Tournaments
Long Beach anglers dominated events south of the border near Cabo San Lucas. Charles F. Sudduth led the SCTC contest with three marlin and one broadbill on 20 pound line, a potential world record. Glenn Bracken and Al Beach followed, with Katherine Boswell the sole woman to land a marlin among 16 female participants. The ILTTA results placed Humacao Angling Club first and Long Beach Yacht Club Anglers second in team scoring, amid 26 teams and 201 fish released in three days.
