A Navy corpsman's wife, Rosalin da Bundang, 25, drowned when their car, being repaired, suddenly moved and rolled off Pier 6 into Long Beach Harbor. The fetus also died. Husband Orline Bundang Jr., 24, unhurt, was with her. investigators traced the incident to a failed start during underhood work. Divers recovered the car after two attempts. lifeguards aided the recovery and police investigated.
