U.S. And Mexico Slow Talks On 200-Mile Fishing Zone

Mexico and the United States bargain over a 200 mile offshore zone as U S boats seek to keep fishing rights. Talks resume in June with friendly tone while disputes focus on catch sizes procedures and license fees. The new zone covers 772000 square miles including Baja California coast and Gulf shrimp grounds.
