Brief Case Seen as Key to Slaying
Detectives in West Covina say a mystery brief case may hold crucial evidence for the preliminary hearing of Dr. Bernard Finch charged with killing his socialite wife Barbara Finch. Seven witnesses, including Finch's Las Vegas companion Carole Tregon Pappa and maid Marie Ann Lindholm, are slated to testify as the state probes threats and the husband’s motive.
