A Ventura dog show and a crow tale from Connie’s yard
A short note outlines Connie’s care for an injured crow nicknamed Sam who stayed in her yard and learned politeness and tricks. The piece adds observations on crow behavior, water needs, and the cruelty of cruel rumors about crow speech. It ends with two upcoming dog shows in Ventura and Santa Barbara.
