Southern California Gas Co appeals to the Public Utilities Commission in Los Angeles to reconsider a $25.6 million rate increase for 90 days. A June 7 PUC ruling directed applying the hike to all customers until Sept 16 when nonresidential rates rise. Public hearings set for July 21 in Los Angeles.
