Defendants Dr John Gwynne Margaret Cameron and Peggy Lee Gray had motions to dismiss denied and a trial date set. Gwynne opened an abortion clinic last March and the defense argued privacy vagueness and equal protection issues, but the judge said the law is clear and specific with reasonable classifications to satisfy due process.
