Kickback witnesses to appear at LA nursing homes hearing
Dr Baxter Ward said two unidentified witnesses will testify at a Wednesday public hearing in Los Angeles on kickbacks and patient abuses in county nursing homes. They are expected to allege kickback schemes involving patient acquisition and unauthorized x rays. The hearing runs 10:30 a.m. in the health services building room L-6 at 313 N. Figueroa St.
