Reagan foes launch new recall drive in California
Joyce Koupal a Roseville housewife and Nancy Parr a San Francisco nurse filed Recall Reagan Committee incorporation papers in Sacramento saying this year they will pursue a recall election. They claim the group is better organized financed and has state wide support with pledges and endorsements from professors a county committee a labor union and a senior council.
