Foster care story helps illuminate need for homes
Maxine Archibald, a Cathy volunteer, recounts her life from a crowded Florida shack to a loving foster family. Her foster parents, the Pitzlers, provided stability, education, and affection that changed her path, leading to marriage, a daughter, and a forthcoming child. She urges others to consider fostering, inviting calls to HE 4-4311.
