Youth held in family slayings in Los Angeles
Los Angeles police say they will seek a murder complaint against 18 year old Philip Sampson for the shooting deaths of his grandmother Laurett Arhoden 54 and his sister Helen Sampson 17. Sampson was arrested on suspicion of robbery after being seen with a woman’s purse later tied to his grandmother. The bodies were found in the grandmother’s duplex about an hour after the arrest.
