Celebration Saturday for the FE Maltby Fellowship program included assistance from EE Lev Mrs E James Bara Jr and commentary by the group members Jody Preister and Dr Lester J Blarris of Whittier College speech and drama. The AAUW Fellowships endowment funds total about 3 421 000 from member contributions and income. Eligible U S women may have a PAD degree or near completion of requirements. Recipients may choose study topics and Leslie Swadling will present a book review at Downtown Lady Lions gathering Friday at 701 Los Altos Ave hosted by Mrs R Strate with moon luncheon served.

Southern California dental assistants host the mid winter conference at Lafayette Hotel January 12 and 13. The program opens January 12 at 3 p m with sessions from the European Dental Congress, dinner led by Orange County assistants, and a lineup of speakers on topics including lifetime care, operative dentistry, prepaid dental care, and office management.
