Solicitors to Seek Hearing on Fullerton Permit Denial
Officials of the Western Missionary Army may argue before the City Council on March 5 in Fullerton after the City License Inspector recommended refusal of a permit. He cited that solicitors keep about 60 percent of collections, far above the allowed 25 percent, with funds routed to headquarters and Bible purchases. The group previously held a six month permit and recently received one for Westminster.
