Wingwalker June Rodell risks life atop a biplane
June Rodell, known as Junie, wowed crowds at Rochelle's Restaurant and Meadowlark Airport when she wingwalked on a biplane piloted by Tom Rose, soaring 700 feet above the ocean for about 12 minutes at 85 mph. Despite Russ Jay's warnings, the stunt thrilled her, and she described breathing and wind challenges while strapped to the top wing.
