Bond Set for Killer of Los Angeles Cops
UPI reports two fugitives tied to police killings faced high bonds. Seaman Rustell Smith, 34, charged in two Los Angeles officers deaths, received $200000 bond. Harold Linn, 55, wanted for Albany policeman slaying, was held on $150000 bond as extradition actions continued. FBI tracked Smith across the nation with a Chicago arrest and the case involved a Sears shooting and a bowling alley capture.
