Norwalk Considers Rules for Massage Parlors Theaters and Arcades
The Norwalk City Council approved first reading of an ordinance to regulate massage parlors model studios picture or game arcades and theaters with annual permits for all covered businesses. The plan sets 1500 for massage parlors 500 for arcades 1500 for massage schools and 75 for massage technicians. Exemptions include certain non commercial school and public auditoriums and qualifying college model studios.
