Bert Hugheses Mark 63rd Wedding Date
Bert and Mrs. Bert E. Hughes of North Long Beach celebrate 63 years of marriage after a Cozad Nebraska wedding on Christmas Day. They will gather with family Christmas Eve at the Costa Mesa home of their only surviving son Robert Hughes. They have 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. The couple moved to Cypress in 1936 and 1945 to 1667 Poinsettia Street. He is a carpenter and cabinet maker who still works daily.
