William Speirs Named Newport Beach Municipal Court Judge
William C. Speirs, 46, deputy district attorney of Orange County since 1958, was appointed Thursday by Gov. Edmund Brown as judge of the Municipal Court in Newport Beach. Speirs lives with his wife Maria at 415 Belyce Lane Balboa.
