Robert Sirignano, 28, who earlier this month escaped a murder charge after fatally shooting his girlfriend’s husband, was sentenced to three months in County Jail by Superior Judge Joseph Maltby as a condition of three years probation on a narcotics possession charge. Marijuana was found in his apartment on St. Louis Street. Sirignano was freed of criminal responsibility in the death of Michael Levitski, 34, after a coroner's jury ruled she acted in self defense on Thanksgiving morning.

Youth, 16, Guilty on Four Counts in Torrance Attack
A six member jury found 16 year old Henderson guilty on four felony counts for a Torrance attack and shoot ing incident. He faced charges of armed robbery forcible rape and assaults in connection with the assault on a 15 year old girl.
