Organic foods cost more with no extra value found

Washington report notes a government study comparing 55 common foods sold in natural food stores versus supermarkets. Processed items cost 90 percent more at natural stores while organic fresh foods cost 6 percent more. A basket of one unit of each item totaled 4.42 dollars at natural stores and 3.31 dollars at supermarkets.
