Finch-Fired-Shot Offer Is Rejected
Los Angeles reports that Dr. R Bernard Finch and his mistress Carole Tregoff face a murder trial for Barbara Finch. An attorney stipulation offering the doctor fired the fatal shot was rejected by prosecutors and the conference transcript was made public. The trial recessed to December 28 due to juror shortages as both sides prepared further arguments and jury challenges.
