Tidelands Dispute Deferred

Funicello loses bid to end Disney contract

CA Angeles CNS reports 17 year old actress Annette Funicello seeks to set aside her seven year contract with Walt Disney Productions. Judge Benjamin Landis denied the suit, agreeing with the studio that the terms and enrollment are valid. The contract started her at 160 dollars weekly rising to 500, with no attorney present at signing according to the plaintiff.
