Sheriff Wayne Bicknell, 25, of 9238 Saluties, said a Union Pacific freight train struck a car on Rosecrans Ave near Docena Lane on Monday. The vehicle spun in a complete circle after impact and the driver was taken to Ramona Hospital with thigh injuries.

Doctor Fuss Row Brings Suit for 202000 Damages
San Rafael attorney Berwyn Rice said he mailed a 5202,000 damage suit to Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of Dr. E Kenneth Harris of San Francisco against Dr. John Lynn of North Hollywood. The suit alleges Lynn assaulted Dr. Warvis, a diet specialist, in Hollywood last Saturday, leaving Harris sick and humiliated. Both doctors reported assaults to police in Los Angeles. Harris also accuses his wife Helen of conspiring with Lynn to defraud him of 50,000 and of adultery with Lynn. Custody of the five Harris children is involved. The suit seeks 2,000 for loss of business and 100,000 actual and 100,000 exemplary damages.
