Hails and Farewells Mark Navy Events In Circles

Adm John Sides and Adm William Raburn Jr spoke as Rear Admiral Dorin led a gathering after postponed visits and a farewell to Cmdr Hadaway and Lt Cmdr Downey among others. Compile shattered text into a formal record
Fragmentary OCR text mentions a location in Los Angeles California and a phase or code with numbers. The readable bits indicate a guarantee or contract tone but lack clear actions, dates, or identifiable parties. Provide a cautious, neutral card summarizing unreadable source fragments as a brief local notice.
