Joyce McKinney 27 of Asheville NC former Miss Wyoming USA walks in London after bail release as she plans clothes and hair appointments. She and co defendant Keith May 24 of Maywood CA face trial for abducting Kirk Anderson 21 from Provo Utah to a cottage near Devon England where he says he was forced to have sex three times. Miss McKinney says Anderson consented and the pair discuss ending the case.
An impartial jury of twelve from Brooklyn's 2.5 million residents will hear the Sam Berkowitz case after a New York appellate ruling on venue. The panel could move if defense voir dire shows inability to seat an impartial panel. mid January prep begins, date pending.
