Cadet Fired Over Lie Detector Test Questions in SF
William Hepburn, a San Francisco police cadet for about two months, says he was dismissed after refusing a polygraph. The ACLU filed suit in U.S. District Court alleging the test asked about theft of underwear, sexual relations with animals, rape, and homosexuality.
