Girl Gains Court Point on Schools
Rosemary Sheppard, 15, won a judicial ruling Thursday in her bid to attend a public high school. Dist. Judge Eben L Taylor denied returning her to her parents custody, allowing continued court approved home study while her parents appeal next month. Rosemary has lived with her sister since slipping from her parents.
