Federal agents arrested tattooed bank robber Bussmeyer in Upland near Los Angeles, living under an alias Donald R Martin with his wife Hallie accused of harboring a fugitive. The 34 year old, born in St Louis, was sought on a federal warrant since April for the $76000 armed Bank of America robbery in Los Angeles last month.
