Guard Criticism Uproar In Congress Mounting

Rep Bray and Rep Hebert denounced press coverage that implied Guard incompetence, urging careful, evidence based action while bristling at Throckmorton testimony about guardsmen loading unloaded weapons. Nedzi offered cautious support, while others pressed for swift, sensible reforms.
