Blaiberg Dies After Record Heart Transplant
Blaiberg a 60 year old South African dentist died at Cape Town after living 19 percent months with a new heart, the longest for a transplant patient. Health had declined since last May and officials cited probable heart failure as the autopsy factor. Barnard offered no comment.
