Greek Airliner Hijacked To Albania
A Greek Olympic Airways jet with 31 aboard was forced to land in Vlore Albania while en route from Athens to a northwest coast city. The incident, the second hijack of a Greek plane in eight months, prompted speculation of politically motivated action against Greece’s 1967 coup regime. All aboard were reported safe.
