Army Marines Get Infrared Hearing Anti air Bazooka

Convair General Dynamics won a six million dollar contract in Huntsville Alabama to build the one man operated system designed to destroy low flying jets or piston powered aircraft. The unit weighs about 20 pounds and is shoulder fired, using heat seeking guidance to engage aircraft at field and amphibious operation ranges.
