Navy Underwater Research Center films will be shown at the second annual Whale Fiesta at Royal Palms Beach. Six utility buildings will be built in El Dora do Park East under a $172,635 contract awarded to Krypt One struction Co. Two comfort stations and a concession building rise in Area J between Spring Street and Wardlow Road. Two more comfort stations and a park operations office go in Area II north of Wardlow Road.
