Boy 17 finds mother after long search across state
A Riverside area teenager named Loy Thursday, 17, reunites with the mother he never knew after a months long search. Carol Keller, the mother, expresses relief and vows to keep contact with him as they recall the years apart and the foster care separation. The boy had been living with foster parents since a two year old. The reunion follows a statewide effort aided by news coverage and county authorities.
