Red Plan Slows U S on H Plan and Production
The Air Force abandoned plans to accelerate B52 style bombers after discovering Soviet air strength estimates were faulty. Production for the eight jet intercontinental bombers remains at 604 planes with output not raised above 15 to 2 per month as Congress was told last year. Defense officials cited improved missiles and corrected intelligence as reasons for the delay. Separate notices include a nonliability statement and probate hearing notices from California, with dates in April 1957 and 1987.
