Mrs Florence Allin wife of Dr W R Allin of this city died at the McKinzie river camp fifty three miles from Eugene after a rapid decline from diabetes. Born September 1 1877 in Springfield Illinois she moved to Independence Oregon as a girl and was a longtime Rebekah lodge member. Funeral services were held in Independence then the body shipped to Portland for cremation.
