Revetment Work on Willamette River Faces Obstruction
Reports from Wm Reed in charge of revetment work on the west bank of the Willamette river below town that small adjoining tracts have been blocked by trespass notices and warnings. He notes authorities may act if obstructions continue and mentions a similar incident in Corvallis. The project, mainly repairs, covers about a hundred feet with rock from J L Hanna and a small crew, to be expanded as funding allows under Major J T Meindow of Portland.
