He wants criminal and civil business settled, especially mining ground disputes, and to resolve the townsite conflict fueling local strife. Love surveyed the area with Deputy Harry Siebe and Commissioner Green, noted burns from a campfire, and left Deputy Siebe in Georgetown while seeking to confirm deputy appointments and a night watchman. Grub Expected at Georgetown Before Freeze Up
