Washington reports President Wilson, after returning from Mobile, is seriously considering issuing an ultimatum demanding Huerta retire immediately from running Mexico. Diplomats abroad reportedly back such a move as prudent.
At a Philadelphia session, the American Mining Congress adopted resolutions urging liberal laws for Alaska to spur resource development with little opposition.
