Dissident groups oppose Sinai Sholom temple merger vote
Committees from Sinai and Sholom oppose the merger of the two temples. A Sept 23 vote at both sites requires a two thirds majority of each congregation. Dissidents urge members to vote no or fail to return proxies. Proxies are logged and tallied by inspectors on Sept. 23.
