Cooperative members vote 40 percent dividend amid annual report
The co op funds by member payments with one vote per person no proxies. Two annual meetings elect the board and nominating committee in April and report financials in October. The nine member board sets policy between semi annual meetings and hires a general manager. The 1957 annual report is available for purchase.
