Cooperative Housing Plan Proposes Seven Story Building
Developers led by Paul Rosenthal and Elliot Epstein plan a seven story 184 unit cooperative building facing Cottage Grove and Washington Park. The project allocates 28 percent of land to the building with the remainder for park, playground, and parking. The cooperative would be formed by the Foundation of Cooperative Housing.
