The Fifth Ward Citizens Committee hosts The Fifth's Fourth on Sunday July 4 starting at 4 PM with a picnic at 5542 S. Dorchester. Buses to the Lake Shore Holiday Inn and fireworks viewing on the hotel’s 18th floor cost 25 dollars per family, with a 2 dollar bus seat fee for fireworks attendees.
